This company is wholly owned by Spirit Invest and, in turn, owns the property management companies operating within the group.
Orion Property Managers (OPM) is the most recently established of the Spirit Invest holding companies and has grown significantly over the last 20 years. OPM will continue to develop its portfolio via its different brands in future years.
Operating below OPM are three property management companies: Oakwood Property Managers, Unyson Property Managers and 1990 Wine & Country Estate. These independent companies have been established by OPM, with their own unique brands and objectives, as each has a discreet purpose and preferred property type for investment. All OPM property investments are proprietary and not available to the general public.
